Slough Heating Laurencians Reserves gained their first win on the road in the East Berkshire League this season after a 4-2 victory at Taplow United Swans on Saturday.

The Lauries have been in impressive form since returning to the league in the summer, now with four wins from their opening five games, scoring 22 goals in the process and conceding only five times.

Craig Kelly bagged a brace in the success at Popes Field, with Alfie Jago and the returning Ben White also hitting the back of the net. Alex Seymour scored twice for Taplow United but the Swans are still looking for a first win in the E.B.F.L this season.

F.C Bracknell made it four wins in a row in Division One thanks to a 5-2 success over Caversham United, this a first-ever defeat for The Billy Goats in competitive Saturday adult league football.

Shahid Bhatti was at the double for Bracknell at Great Hollands Recreation Ground with, Calvin Grainger, Antonio Pitter and substitute Ethan Callaway all also finding a route to goal.

Caversham were only a single goal behind at the half-time interval thanks to the efforts of Daniel Amponsah and Ben Hole but, The Billy Goats could not turn the tide in the second period and so their perfect winning record has come to an end.

Berks Elite, along with Division One leaders Hype Train, are the only side to still have an unbeaten record in the league thanks to a 6-1 win away at HKRG United.

A goal from Oliver Schafer gave Berks Elite the lead inside five minutes at Ryeish Green Sports Hub, but Ho Kiu Cheung equalised for HKRG United just four minutes later.

The visitors were quick to raise their game however, and Schafer, Massewu Asiamah and Agyaim Derrick all struck to give them a clear lead at the break, before Desmond Owusu added a fifth goal late in the match.

Eton Wick registered their first win of the season with an 8-0 thrashing of Barton Rovers at Haywards Mead, the losing side still looking for their first points since joining the league in the summer.

The game was over as a contest at half-time thanks to a first-half hat-trick from Chay Oliver, with Orren Oliver added a fourth goal for The Wick. The hosts were just as rampant in the second period with Orren Oliver scoring twice more to complete a hat-trick of his own, and there were added goals from Felippe Harrison and substitute Jordan Parmenter.

Hype Train F.C star Phil Newport is the current leading goalscorer in Division One after the first six weeks of the new season. The talisman has netted an impressive 10 goals in just five games, including a first-half hat-trick against F.C Bracknell on the opening day of the campaign as well as a four-goal haul in the first period against Eton Wick in early September.

Sean Blandford of Old Windsor F.C Reserves is currently in second position with eight goals in five matches.

There are three players all currently in a tie for third place having scored six goals each; Dawid Jarzebowski of Prospect, Orren Oliver from Eton Wick and Alex Seymour of Taplow United Swans.
